END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR Bass-Mollett Publishers, Inc.
Reflections of Life Personalized Temporary Grave Marker Program
AGREEMENT
The use of this program indicates your understanding and acceptance
of the following terms and conditions. This license shall supersede any
verbal or written statement or agreement to the contrary. If you do not
understand or accept these terms you must cease using this product
immediately, use of this product demonstrates and infers conduct of
assent to the agreement.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any dispute or controversy arising out of or relating to this License
or its interpretation shall be settled exclusively and finally by
arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the
Rules of Conciliation and Arbitration of the International Chamber of
Commerce. The arbitration shall be conducted in Bond County, Illinois,
U.S.A. before a sole arbitrator. Any award rendered in any such
arbitration proceeding shall be final and binding on each of the
parties, and judgment may be entered thereon in a court of competent
jurisdiction.

WAIVER
Bass-Mollett Publishers, Inc. assumes no responsibility for the
unauthorized reproduction of any copyrighted or other protected image
downloaded and/or reproduced by this software. Bass-Mollett Publishers,
Inc. advises all purchasers and/or users of this software to abide by
all patent, trademark, trade name, copyright laws and to obtain the
appropriate permission prior to the reproduction of any copyrighted or
other protected images.
DISCLAIMER
This product and/or license is provided as is, without any
representation or warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied,
including without limitation any representations or endorsements
regarding the use of, the results of, or performance of the product, its
appropriateness, accuracy, reliability, or correctness. The entire risk
as to the use of this product is assumed by the user and/or licensee.
Bass-Mollett Publishers, Inc. does not assume liability for the use of
this product beyond the original purchase price of the software. In no
event will Bass-Mollett Publishers, Inc. be liable for additional direct
or indirect damages including any loss of profits or other incidental or
consequential damages arising from any defects, or the use or inability
to use the software, even if Bass-Mollett Publishers, Inc. has been
advised of the possibility of such damages.
RESTRICTIONS
You may not use, copy, modify, translate, or transfer the software,
documentation, or any copy except as expressly defined in this
agreement. You may not attempt to unlock or bypass any licensing
algorithm utilized by the program. You may not remove or modify any
copyright notices.
IMAGES
All Images are owned by its licensors, and are copyrighted,
proprietary and protected by United States law, international treaty
provisions and other applicable laws. Additionally, Bass-Mollett
Publishers, Inc. may have patents, patent applications, trademarks, or
other intellectual property rights in services and the images. All
rights not expressly granted in writing are reserved.
Bass-Mollett Publishers grants you a limited, non-exclusive,
non-transferable, right to:
A. Use the Images solely in: Printing
Bass-Mollett Personalized Temporary Grave Markers.
B. Alter the Images, including but not limited to adding or
changing text and resizing or cropping images (hereafter "Derivative
Works") for use in Bass-Mollett Personalized
Temporary Grave Markers.
Users may NOT:
A. Loan, rent, sell, sub-license, lease, or otherwise transfer the
right to use any image to any other person or entity
B. Reproduce, distribute, download,
sell, broadcast, or publish any images to anyone, including but not
limited to others in the same entity.
C. Use or copy any Image (or any portion theref) in any other manner,
except for use in Bass-Mollett Personalized
Temporary Grave Markers.
D. Distribute any image on a computer bulletin board or any other
form of online or Internet-accessible service except as expressly
permitted herein.
E. Use any Image or any portion thereof as a trademark or service mark,
or claim any proprietary rights in any Image, or any portion thereof;
F. Post any image for individual downloading; otherwise allow viewers or
browsers direct download access to a collection of the images; or
distribute any image alone or that is not part of a permitted product or
service.
OTHER RIGHTS
All other rights not specifically granted in this license are
reserved by Bass-Mollett Publishers, Inc.
